Rollei 35 Platin Special Edition 1986 เป็นกล้องฟิล์มตระกูล Rollei 35 ที่ผลิตมาเป็น Limited Edition ฉลองในโอกาสครบ วันเกิด 20 ปี ของ Rollei 35 โดยผลิตจากโรงงานในเยอรมัน ในช่วง เดือน กันยายน ปีค.ศ. 1986 - เมษายน ปี ค.ศ 1987 รวม 8 เดือนในการผลิต
พูดถึงวัสดุที่นำมาใช้ สุดหรู ตัวกล้องประกอบด้วย Platinum แร่ที่มีราคาแพงกว่า ทองคำ ถึงสองเท่า ด้วยคุณสมบัติของ Platinum ที่แข็ง ทนทานกว่าทองคำ และ เป็นริ้วรอยได้ยาก จึงถูกนำมาใช้ในงานเครื่องประดับกันส่วนใหญ่ และแน่นอนว่า วัสดุสุดหรูนี้ ถูกนำมาให้ใน กล้องฟิล์ม Rollei 35 ตัวนี้เพื่อบอกถึงคุณค่า ความ Exclusive จากผู้ผลิต
คงมีแค่เบ้าเลนส์ และตัวเลนส์เท่านั้นที่ไม่ใช่ Platinum Plate และมีบางชิ้นส่วนใช้ทองคำ 18K อีกต่างหาก ได้แก่ ปุ่มชัตเตอร์ และ ปุ่ม unlock เลนส์ ตัวหนังหุ้มด้วยหนัง African Lizard
*** African Lizard คือหนังสัตว์เลื้อยคลานประเภทกิ้งก่าบ้านเรานั้นแหละครับ แต่เป็นสัตว์ท้องถิ่นลายสวยงามเป็นเอกลักษ์มาก หนังชนิดนี้ยังถูกนำไปใช้กับโมเดล อื่นเช่น Rollei 35S Gold Limited Edition อีกด้วย
ความพิเศษ ที่นอกเหนือจากวัสดุที่ได้พูดถึงมาแล้ว น่าจะเป็นที่จำนวนการผลิต ของกล้องรุ่นนี้ ซึ่งผลิตมาน้อยมากๆ ในโลกมีเพียง 444 ตัวเท่านั้น จัดได้ว่าเป็นรุ่นที่ผลิตจำนวนที่น้อยที่สุด เท่าที่เคยผลิตมา (น้อยกว่า Rollei 35 Classic Gold 75 Year Anniversary ที่ผลิตมา 900 ตัว) แล้วความเก๋อยู่ตรงที่ ทุกตัว สร้างแบบ ตัวต่อตัว มีหมายเลขรันกำกับไว้บริเวณฝาหลังของตัวกล้องอีกต่างหาก
ผลิตมาน้อยไม่เท่าไหร่ ยังจำกัดการขายด้วยอีก เพราะกล้องฟิล์ม Rollei 35 Platin Special Edition 1986 นั้นไม่ได้มีขายทั่วไปในยุคนั้น มีขายอยู่ที่เดียวคือ Foto Hansa Stores ในเยอรมัน อยากรู้ว่ากล้องฟิล์ม Rollei 35 แต่ละรุ่นผลิตมาอย่างละกี่ตัว >>> คลิ๊กที่นี่
ว่ากันด้วยเรื่องสเปค ระบบของกล้องนั้น ยังไม่ได้ถือว่ามีการเปลี่ยนแปลงอะไรมากนัก นอกจากการใช้วัสดุเกรดสุด Exclusive ที่หาได้ยากในโลก ตัวระบบกล้องยังอยู่บนพื้นฐานของตัวรุ่น Rollei 35 S
โดยยังใช้เลนส์ Rollei HFT Sonnar 40mm F2.8 เลนส์ที่มากับ โค้ดเลนส์แบบใหม่ ซึ่งถือได้เลยว่าเป็นเลนส์เรือธง ของตระกูลนี้เลยทีเดียว (ส่วนตัว ประทับใจกับเลนส์ ตัวนี้มาก คมสีสันต้องยกให้ ยิ่งใครชอบถ่ายย้อนแสง ตัวนี้ทำได้ดีมากๆ)
ราคาที่จำหน่าย ณ.เวลานั้น (ปี 1986) อยู่ที่ราคา 2,400 DM หรือ ประมาณ 5,000 USD ในยุคที่ทองบาทละไม่ถึง 9,000 บาท ซึ่งราคาในปัจจุบันนั้น แทบจะประเมินค่าไม่ได้เลย

Rollei 35 Platin Special Edition 1986 เป็นกล้องที่ถูกผลิตมาเน้นการสะสมมากกว่าการใช้งาน เป็นกล้องที่มีคุณค่าทางการสะสมสูง เนื่องจาก ผลิตมาจำนวนน้อยมากๆ บวกกับวัสดุเกรด Premium ที่ต้นทุนของการผลิตสูงอยู่แล้ว Rollei 35 ตัวนี้เป็นตัวที่ไม่ได้เห็นกันบ่อย ถ้าใครที่กำลังสะสมกล้องตระกูลนี้ และ กำลังซื้อมี อยากให้เก็บไว้ครับ เพราะอนาคตตัวนี้ ราคาสูงกว่านี้แน่นอน
แต่ถ้าใครอยากได้กล้องที่เน้นใช้งานไม่ได้เน้นสะสม ผมแนะนำให้ลองดูตัว Rollei 35S ครับเนื่องจากระบบที่ใช้ ใน Rollei 35 Platin Special Edition 1986 ตัวนี้ เป็นระบบเดียวกัน เลนส์ตัวเดียวกัน การใช้งานจึงเหมือนกัน คุณภาพรูปเหมือนกัน ในราคาที่ถูกกว่า
